Property Consultant - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is currently seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join their close-knit team in the Downham Market area.

As a Property Consultant, you will be offered:

• Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
• Up to £40,000 OTE

As a Property Consultant, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Support clients through buying and selling
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
• Arrange and conduct professional, client-focused viewings.
• Create engaging property listings with quality descriptions and photos.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and local developments.
• Work closely with mortgage brokers, surveyors, and solicitors.
• Keep accurate records in CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with property laws and regulations.

To be considered for the Property Consultant role, you must have:

• At least 12 months of experience in Estate Agency (Ideally Sales)
• Team player but with individual flair
• Used to working in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
• Motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional results
