Property Cleaner - Totally Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Void Property Cleaners required for our client located in B33.*Please note, this role will require some clearance duties from time to time, the suitable candidate must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required*Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1hour break) Overtime may be required and on call duties on a rota basis.Temp - perm and permanent opportunities available. Full UK clean drivers licence and no criminal convictions is essential for this role. We are seeking Void Property Cleaner within the B33 and surrounding areas on behalf of our client who is a leading provider of property services. 

As a Void Property Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleaning and clearing of both vacant and tenanted properties / gardens to the highest standard. 

The Role:

• To drive the team van when required
• Cleaning both vacant and tenanted social housing properties, both the interior and exterior 
• Clearance duties on occasions ; removal of furniture, curtains, blinds, carpets etc
• Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden
• Garden maintenance, clearing rubbish, trimming hedges and grasses areas
• Cleaning communal areas
• Remove needles, bodily fluids & other contaminated objects on occasions when needed
• Deliver and retrieve security keys
• Any other tasks as directed by the site manager
• To continually update the call centre during jobs where needed

Requirements

• Full UK drivers licence is essential 
• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Must live local to the B33 area
• No criminal convictions - a DBS will need to be completed upon a successful probationary period
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required
• Good communication skills
• Safety Conscious
• Positive approach
