Duties will include:

  • Delivering a precise and effective administrative service for the team.
  • Controlling and managing overdue tasks within the office.
  • Set up and renew tenancies using ALTO.
  • Prepare and send tenancy agreements and terms of business for electronic signature via ALTO
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks for tenants.
  • Ensure all compliance documents (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs) are up to date.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and pre-tenancy preparations.
  • Register deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (MyDeposits).
  • Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and check-out reports.
  • Organise and review inventory check-ins/check-outs.
  • Arrange key cutting for properties.
  • Oversee general property management for a small portfolio.
  • Conduct quarterly property inspections for managed properties.
  • Handle landlord and tenant queries, ensuring a high standard of service.
