Property AccountantLocation: Hounslow - TW5 0AB (5-minute walk from Hounslow West station)Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceWe are seeking a property accountant to join our dynamic estate agency team. You will manage and optimise financial operations.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements and ensure legal compliance- Assist with budgeting and forecasting- Handle tax planning and returns- Maintain financial records, including payroll and general ledger- Conduct financial analysis and support strategic decisions- Establish internal financial controls- Support and coordinate external audits- Oversee transactions with vendors and clients- Stay compliant with tax and accounting regulations- Offer financial guidance to the management teamCandidate Requirements:- Accountancy qualification is essential (ACCA preferred)- Real estate sector experience preferred- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills- Excellent attention to detail- 30-minute commute to office required- Must demonstrate reliability and teamwork- Proven long-term employment history (3+ years)- Confident and solutions-orientedWorking Hours:- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM- Alternate Saturdays (2 per month)
