Your new companyYour new job working as a Property Account handler will be working for a privately-owned Insurance Broker with their head office in the City. They have been established for over 20 years and are rapidly growing into one of the UK market leaders. With specialisms in Private Clients/ HNW, Property Owners and Commercial Insurance business. Your new company is dedicated to treating their customers fairly and aim to be transparent in everything they do. Due to growth within their Property team, a permanent place for a Property Account Handler has arisen to handle existing/renewal business.Your new roleYour new job working as a Property Account handler / Account Executive means you will be responsible for looking after an existing book of Commercial and Residential Property Risks. You will be dealing with all renewal business from inception to completion to include client enquiries, and any midterm adjustments. Other duties will include building relationships with wider partnerships and Brokers. Liaising with Underwriters to secure the best terms for client and prepare any technical documentation. Working as part of a team, this is a great opportunity to hybrid work in a Property team handling the renewal business.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as an Account Handler or Account Executive dealing with Property Owners/ Real Estate business as well as dealing with renewals will contribute to your success in securing this role.
