My client is now seeking a talented Projects Solicitor to join the esteemed Projects team in Edinburgh. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of the most significant transactional and advisory matters in the UK and beyond, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic outcomes in the energy sector.

Responsibilities: 

• Engage in transactional and advisory matters within the energy sector, with a focus on project development and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with Corporate, Finance, Construction, and Disputes teams on multidisciplinary mandates
• Provide legal support to a diverse range of clients including utilities, independent power producers, funders, and energy consumers

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ PQE and be commercially astute with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in the energy sector is preferred, but strong corporate, finance, or construction backgrounds will also be considered.
