We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Support Worker to join our dynamic team. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll help us deliver projects and activities that support healthier, happier lives for our residents.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Supporting the smooth delivery of health and wellbeing programmes
• Assisting with community events and local engagement activities
• Managing data and records that help us measure our impact
• Handling enquiries and signposting residents to the right support
• Helping promotes our work and share opportunities with the public
• Working closely with passionate colleagues who care about making a difference

This is a new role which will cover West Oxfordshire. Within the District, there are plenty of places to see and visit whether you love hiking or cycling.  With our agile working ethos: you will be spoilt for choice.

You will need…

• 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (including Maths & English), or equivalent qualifications
• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
• A people person - friendly, approachable, and a great communicator
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Someone who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to ask questions
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in community wellbeing

Special Conditions…

• You will be expected to work reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the service.
• There may be a requirement to work at other locations to meet the needs of the business.
• Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
• Ability to travel / access to a vehicle for work purposes.
