Project Support Officer - Windows 11 roll-out

Location: South London (3-4 days per week on-site)

Day Rate: £200 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 3 months

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project/Programme Support Officer to help deliver exciting technology transformation projects for a local London council. You'll play a hands-on role in the Windows 11 laptop roll-out and SharePoint migration, keeping things on track and supporting the team to deliver at pace.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-moving environment, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

• Support the delivery of technology transformation projects.
• Assist with the Windows 11 roll-out and SharePoint migration.
• Track progress, manage documentation, and report on project milestones.
• Support project governance, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Proven experience in a project or programme support role, ideally in IT transformation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
