Purpose of the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support / Project Assistant to join the existing project team at Deeside. This role will be on a fixed term 8-month contract based on-site.

The purpose of this role is to assist with transitioning from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and to provide comprehensive support to project teams and senior stakeholders by managing administrative tasks, coordinating project activities, and delivering high-quality personal assistance. This role ensures smooth project delivery and efficient executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support Duties:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, issue registers, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Support budget tracking, procurement processes, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and reporting standards.

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions from meetings.
• Handle confidential correspondence and communications.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with presentation preparation and document formatting.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in project support and/or executive assistance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS DevOps, SharePoint ).
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.
