Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Supporting Account Managers and clients with an exceptional customer and project experience
- Providing efficient administrative and sales support (including raising sales orders, quotes, CRM updates)
- Coordinating with Operations to ensure timely project updates and resolutions to queries
- Managing scheduling and project progress through to completion
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Sales Support, Project Support, Administration or Customer Service experience.
- Experience gained in a product-based business.
- Motivated by customer satisfaction.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Outstanding communication skills, happy dealing with HNW clients.
- Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP / CRM system).
Desirable:
- Relevant experience / knowledge of the high-end residential interiors sector or experience liaising with Architects, Designers, Contractors, Site Managers.
