Stockley Park, Uxbridge (office-based with inner and outer London site visits)

£25,000–£32,000 basic + strong commission (OTE £40,000–£45,000) + mileage allowance

The Opportunity

This is an incredible opportunity for a confident communicator — whether a graduate, ex-estate/recruitment consultant, or driven sales professional — to take ownership of the full client journey.

You’ll handle inbound enquiries only (no cold calling), guide clients through the design and quotation process, and see your work transform into six-figure home projects.

Every project you convert is a tangible result you can drive past and say, “I brought that to life.”

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage new inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, website, Houzz).
  • Qualify and build rapport with clients, understanding their project goals.
  • Arrange and attend site visits (measurements, photos, client discussions).
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and payment schedules using templates.
  • Track progress from lead to contract using Excel/CRM systems.
  • Support directors with client communication, project updates, and reports.
  • Maintain clear, professional follow-ups to convert interest into signed projects.

You’ll work closely with our directors and delivery teams — seeing how your sales efforts directly become real builds on the ground.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong spoken and written English (client-facing confidence is key).
  • Full UK driving licence and own car – essential for site visits across inner and outer London.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client threads.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel (basic formulas, formatting, reports).
  • Positive, motivated, and hungry to learn from experienced mentors.
  • Backgrounds that fit well: estate agency, lettings, recruitment, or other client-facing sales — but ambitious graduates are also very welcome.
