A highly respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant London team, delivering an exciting variety of schemes with a strong focus on commercial office fit-out.

This forward-thinking practice works across sectors including workplace, residential, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, and infrastructure. They are known for combining technical expertise with a collaborative, client-first approach - and are now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be hands-on from day one, managing both pre and post-contract duties on a portfolio of high-profile projects. Day-to-day, you will:

• Deliver commercial office fit-out schemes from feasibility through to final account.
• Work across a variety of sectors, ensuring no two days are the same.
• Provide accurate cost advice, procurement strategy, and contract administration.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Report to senior leadership while enjoying autonomy to manage your own workload.

This is an ideal role for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to develop quickly towards Senior level.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or equivalent.
• MRICS or working towards chartership.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy.
• Solid pre & post-contract experience.
• Commercial fit out experience highly desirable.
• A successful track record leading projects independently.
