Job Opportunity: Project Officer – Compliance & Governance Team Location: Oxford (Hybrid – minimum 1 day/week in the office)Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Officer as temp to support the creation and development of a new Compliance and Governance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing function that plays a critical role in ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met across the organisation.

• Collaborate with internal departments to gather, collate, and analyse data
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Assist in the development of compliance tracking systems and reporting tools
• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Compliance & Governance team

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with statistics and data
• Previous experience in Health & Safety, Gas Safety, or Fire Safety is highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
