?? Interim Project Officer ?? Location: West Midlands ?? Day Rate: £250-£350 per day (inside IR35)?? Contract Type: Interim (6 months)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the transformation of our contract management system. This interim role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and experience in data cleansing and stakeholder engagement.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the owner of the contract register, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Lead the data cleansing of the existing contract management system.
• Support the implementation of a replacement contract register system.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Understand and support the procurement pipeline and related processes.
• Produce clear and insightful reports and presentations to inform decision-making.
• Apply project management principles to ensure timely and effective delivery.

? Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing or maintaining a contract register, ideally in a public sector setting.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data cleansing and validation.
• Technically savvy with the ability to navigate and optimise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to write reports and deliver presentations to a range of audiences.
• Project co-ordination experience with a focus on system or process improvement
