As a Project Manager at Hyde, you will play a vital role in managing tenanted transactions and delivering stock transfer projects that align with our long-term asset strategy. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure our housing portfolio supports our financial, operational, and social objectives.

Key Duties

  • Deliver tenanted transactions and stock rationalisation projects in line with Hyde’s Strategic Asset Management Plan
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of property disposals, acquisitions, and transfers, including risk, budget, and performance tracking
  • Work closely with colleagues across Housing, Finance, Development, Legal, and external partners to execute seamless transactions
  • Lead data analysis, due diligence, and reporting to support robust investment and portfolio decisions
  • Identify opportunities for asset optimisation and support longer-term planning for stock performance and sustainability
