A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. As a Project Manager, you'll be working on a variety of commercial, residential and education schemes across the capital, supporting high-profile developments from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative and sociable office where client relationships and delivery excellence are central to the company's success. With an expanding pipeline of work, the Project Manager will be key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

As a Project Manager, you'll be involved in full project lifecycle delivery, from feasibility through to final handover. Duties include managing budgets, coordinating teams, preparing reports and maintaining strong client communication. You'll also oversee the appointment of contractors and consultants, chair progress meetings and provide leadership across the design and construction stages.

• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline

• Ideally MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar Project Manager role

• Experience working on commercial, education or residential projects

• Strong communication, organisational and client-facing skills

• £50,000 - £65,000
