A dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy in central Leeds is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing construction team. The Project Manager will oversee a range of projects across the commercial, office fit-out, and mixed-use sectors. This role is ideal for a Project Manager seeking responsibility, career growth, and the chance to work with blue-chip clients.

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering new build and refurbishment schemes. The consultancy is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to developing talent, making this a perfect opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to progress.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, procurement, programme delivery, and cost management, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery to clients. You'll liaise closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure smooth project progression.

The Project Manager will lead multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

• Degree in Construction Management or similar

• Working towards MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM (preferred)

• Previous consultancy or client-side project management experience

• Confident leading meetings and managing stakeholder relationships

• Good understanding of JCT contracts

• £42,000 - £52,000 per annum

• Clear path to Senior Project Manager

• Support towards Chartership

• Flexible working (as agreed)
