Project Manager - Mixxos Group : Job Details

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead Engineer-to-Order (ETO) aerospace projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities for a Project Manager:

• You will be responsible for strategically guiding new aerospace customer projects through the ETO process, ensuring they are delivered on time, on cost, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams ensuring seamless collaboration to meet project goals.
• Project schedule and deliverable management, risk management, and effective communication to ensure achievement of project goals and milestones.
• You will be responsible for deployment and continuous improvement of the process at the manufacturing unit and work with the larger Aerospace team of project managers delivering new customer projects from all aerospace manufacturing units.

Key Skills for a Project Manager:

• Experience leading projects in a team environment.
• Engineering background.
• Master’s Degree in engineering or similar qualification.
• Proficient spoken and written communications skills.
