An established construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a driven and organised Project Manager who wants to work on a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. The successful Project Manager will support clients through every stage of the construction lifecycle, from inception through to completion.

As a Project Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and collaborative consultancy that takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. The Project Manager will have the chance to work across multiple sectors and gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties. This role would suit a Project Manager with around 2-5 years of experience, looking to progress their career within a professional and client-focused environment.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of construction projects across Greater London. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution, while meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

This is a hands-on role where the Project Manager will manage budgets, lead meetings, oversee contractors, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site. You'll report regularly on project progress and act as the main point of contact for your clients. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail.

The Project Manager
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role within the construction industry

  • A relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar

  • Membership or working towards chartership with RICS, CIOB or APM is preferred

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider project team
