Project Manager - Oscar Technology : Job Details

Project Manager - Hybrid (1-day a week in office) - Manchester - Up to £50,000 DOE

I have just partnered with a digital agency based in Manchester, who are on the lookout for a sharp, organised and tech-savvy Project Manager to help them deliver top-notch web projects for a wide range of clients. From new website builds to rolling out roadmaps and ongoing development work, you'll play a key role in keeping everything on track and moving forward.

You'll be part of their development team, working closely with developers, designers and clients to make sure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. They work in an agile environment and most of their team is remote - so strong communication and self-motivation are a must.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of web projects
• Acting as the go-to for client comms and updates
• Keeping a close eye on timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Running agile sprints (Scrum, Kanban - whichever fits best)
• Collaborating across teams to keep projects moving
• Getting involved in product configuration and writing user stories when needed

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in digital/tech project management
• A solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Confident managing budgets and project scope
• Able to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
• Clear and confident communicator - written and spoken
• Highly organised, detail-focused and self-starting
• A genuine interest in learning and growing within your role
