You'll manage structural steel projects from start to finish. You'll be in charge of keeping everything moving - from field measuring and scheduling to client coordination and estimating small change orders.

�? Key Responsibilities:

• Run projects from award to completion (detailing ? fab ? erection)
• Conduct field measurements for existing structures and retrofits
• Coordinate with detailers, erectors, shop managers, and GCs
• Estimate small to mid-sized change orders (large ones go to Jerry)
• Maintain project timelines and handle change orders as needed

?? What We're Looking For

? Must-Have Skills:

• Strong structural steel knowledge (components, drawing interpretation, estimating)
• Hands-on field experience - you should be just as comfortable with a tape measure as with a spreadsheet
• Excel proficiency (we use paper drawings - no fancy software here)

? Bonus Points For:

• Experience negotiating and pricing change orders
• Familiarity with small to mid-sized steel shops (bonus if you're local to Tennessee)
