Project Manager - Oscar Technology : Job Details

PROJECT MANAGER - HYBRID - CARDIFF - UP TO £75,000 + 15% OTE DOE

We have partnered with a leading software company in the FMCG sector, known for delivering innovative stock management systems to clients across the UK - and they are looking for a project manager to join their team!

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and support. You will manage large-scale and multiple mid-sized enterprise software implementations, driving measurable outcomes and seamless transitions across departments.

You will also engage closely with executive and operational stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects stay on track - on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You will Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments
• Managing risks, issues, budgets, scope, and timelines
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Leading workshops and guiding customers through implementation phases
• Collaborating across sales, implementation, and support teams
• Driving successful, referenceable outcomes for customers
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and governance

What You will Need

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record in enterprise B2B software implementation
• Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
• Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
