Project Manager

Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Kent with the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead Capital Works projects from inception to conception

• Start Date:  ASAP
• Duration: 3 months, on-going
• Rate: £31.00 per hour
• Location: Kent

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Effectively manage the timely delivery of new construction projects and assist the delivery of the annual programme
• Prepare project briefs and provide detail on all backlog maintenance items included in minor/ major works schemes and remedial works
• Hold accountability for budget management, decision making, forecasting and reporting
• Ensure corrective action is taken efficiently when issues arise
• Manage consultants and contractors

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing projects within a live environment
• Previously worked within the public sector / healthcare
