Project Manager - Kelly Services : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for one our clients who is a leading engineering company within building services .The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of new customer activity coming into the business

• Form a key link between our business and our clients in order to ensure that they feel comfortable liaising with you on all projects
• Overall project ownership, responsibility and control (Operational and Financial)
• Ensure effective communication with office, team, clients and other project stakeholders
• Customer / site liaison
• Site requirements - Breakdown and identification of Shipped level parts
• Specification Management / Project design Initiation / Item Master coordination.
• Coordination of creation of product drawing information working both with internal and external resource.
• Identification of new parts required
• Overall project QA responsibility
• Coordinate quotations via supply chain
• Engineering Specification Management
• Quotation coordination / PO Management
• Margin Responsibility
• Customer account coordination
• Supplier coordination
• Host project team meetings and issue regular reports
• Project CPA management
• Planning of programme and organising of resource and materials within a given budget
• Surveying, scoping and diagnosis of issues / snagging works
• Attend project meetings with clients and other project stakeholders
• Develop long term relationships with all client representatives and all other project stakeholder's
• Ensure the finished project meets the company and client's requirements

Experience required

• Proven experience of managing projects through from start to finish, ideally within, shopfitting, joinery or commercial retail sectors.
