Project Manager - RGP : Job Details

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. We are currently looking for a number of Project Managers to work on diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients unique environment.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Collaborates with Program Managers, Project Managers, and project team members
• Stakeholder management
• Facilitates workshops, interviews, and project meetings
• Project Governance
• Defining supporting benefits metrics (SMART KPIs to ensure realisation)
• Risk management and mitigation
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree level or further education
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2/PMP/Agile)
• Experience in MS Office Excel, PPT, Word, and ideally MS Project
• Ability to understand and produce process documentation
• Strong reporting, action management capability
• Experience in a fast-paced environment (eg. FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing) is highly desirable
• Established ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues
• Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the often disparate members of project teams
• Ability to manage deadlines and anticipate and proactively mitigate risk in a project management environment
• Project history includes: People change or transformation projects, Process change or transformation, HR, Digital Change, Finance Transformation, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement (CI)
