Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication among project team members, ensuring information flow and collaboration.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.
Task Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and track task completion against project timelines.
- Prepare regular status reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with senior project managers to proactively address challenges and ensure project success.
Client Interaction:
