• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, managing the production of the required deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project goals.
• Scope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client and company expectations. Manage scope changes effectively.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality project deliverables and ensure that they meet the specified standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Issue Resolution: Address project issues promptly, seeking solutions that maintain project timelines and quality.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project management, business, engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager - preferably in FMCG / logistics.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
