Location: Warrington / 3 days in the office

Salary: up to £70,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the continuous improvement and process implementation initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, optimising processes, and driving projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a strong emphasis on implementation and process improvement in a non-IT context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, streamline operations, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency across all organizational levels.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and integrate improvements into future projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, and expectations, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and financial accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong people management experience
  • Flexible approach to problem solving
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
