ENB are partnered with and housing provider based in Northamptonshire who are looking for an additional person to join their team as Project Manager within their asset management team.

As the Project Manager, you will take a lead in delivering a wide range of annual asset investment planning c£25m through a dedicated team. This will include estate regeneration, component replacement, major works, and special projects.

A key responsibility for this role will include contract management, performance management and budgetary control across all projects, ensuring that the values and standards of the business and their service remain of the highest standards within service delivery.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Strong knowledge and previous working experience within the housing sector (new build, local authority, housing association or similar)
• Experience of delivering works and services to leaseholders and tenants
• Knowledge and understanding of building construction, property maintenance and improvements
• Leadership experience
• Experience of managing change and embedding performance cultures
• Experience of managing and developing a team
