Project Manager German speaking

Salary: £32/£40k depending on experience plus benefits and career opportunities

Location: South London/Purley

Hybrid role: home based 2 days a week office based 3 days a week.

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager German speaking, you would be responsible for the administration and management of your own accounts and projects under the guidance of an Account Director which requires excellent communication skills in both German and English. By liaising between the client, Account Director and the company’s internal design, artwork and production teams you would be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and to tight deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects is essential in supporting the Account Director, building, developing and maintaining important client relationships.

Overall Responsibility:

• Responsible for managing administrative process for multiple projects, maintaining long-standing client relationships.
• Assisting the Account Director in building and maintaining strong internal relationships across the company.
• Responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.
• Communicate with clients professionally and help build client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the company.
• Maintain excellent standards of spoken and written communication in German and English.
• Effectively communicate client briefs to the Design and Artwork departments to ensure work is produced to client specification first time.
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of all work by continuously checking all details against the client brief, brand guidelines and/or style guides.
• Liaise with the Studio Manager, Design and Artwork departments, giving adequate notice for jobs to be scheduled for production.
• Effectively manage the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process.
• Organise photoshoots, get quotations, book photographers and home economists, organise/source product samples, write photo briefings etc.
• Proof-read your designs and artworks.
• Ensure that your projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of account/project management experience working within a fast pace multilingual environment.
• Fluency in the German Language is essential
• Experience working within a pressured environment delivering to tight deadlines is essential.
• Demonstration of ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to manage the commerciality of projects to make sure they are profitable and delivered to time scale
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, efficient and highly organised is essential.
