You'll manage cross-functional teams, navigate internal governance, and drive operational improvements. The role involves coordination across global offices and maintaining continuity across live and upcoming initiatives.What you'll need to succeed

• Proven project management experience in financial services, ideally within FX
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with trading platforms and digital execution tools
• Experience in business process analysis and governance
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and enforcing delivery timelines
• Proficiency in project tracking tools; exposure to Murex and eFX platforms is a plus
