Project Manager (AV / Audio Visual)£50 000 - £60 000 + Bonus * Hybrid working (Haggerston HQ + WFH) * Direct line to the MDLondonAre you a Project Manager or similar from an AV background looking to take charge of high-spec AV fit outs for a highly successful SME offering a progression route into Board-level?You'll join a highly successful, fast-growing SME that designs and delivers luxury residential cinema/smart-home installs and cutting-edge commercial AV fit-outs through two complementary divisions. Tight links between the teams mean rapid decisions, minimal red tape and clear progression to board level as the company scales.What you'll be doing

• Run multiple projects simultaneously - from kickoff meeting and design coordination through procurement, on-site installation, test & handover.
• Produce RAMS, programmes, O&M manuals and progress reports; chair weekly calls with clients, contractors and the MD.
• Manage budgets, track variations, raise invoices and protect project margin.
• Schedule and brief engineers, arrange materials and maintain up-to-date records in WeQuote/Snagg (full training given).
• Split your time roughly 50 % luxury residential / 50 % commercial sites - travel and the occasional overnight stay are part of the role.

What makes you a fit

• Minimum 2 years' project-management experience (or similar) in AV / smart-technology integration (residential, commercial or both)
• Driving licence
• Willingness to travel/overnight
• Looking to be key decision maker in an SME
