Job Overview:

Looking for a skilled individual to take charge of our client projects, ensuring they're executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. As a Project Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the team towards successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with defined scopes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Support the implementation of Information Governance protocols, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective execution.
  • Manage resource allocation to optimise project efficiency.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress closely.
  • Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate methods.
  • Evaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
  • Provide regular updates and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate potential project setbacks.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Preferably, a solid technical background with familiarity in software development and web technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

The company has an office presence in London but there is a high degree of remote working on offer. Ideally, you will be able to work in the London office once a week.
