Job Overview:
Looking for a skilled individual to take charge of our client projects, ensuring they're executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. As a Project Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the team towards successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with defined scopes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
- Support the implementation of Information Governance protocols, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective execution.
- Manage resource allocation to optimise project efficiency.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress closely.
- Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate methods.
- Evaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
- Provide regular updates and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management to mitigate potential project setbacks.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Maintain thorough project documentation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Preferably, a solid technical background with familiarity in software development and web technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both internally and with clients.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
The company has an office presence in London but there is a high degree of remote working on offer. Ideally, you will be able to work in the London office once a week.
