Project Coordinator - Reed : Job Details

Reed Business Support are delighted to be assisting a well-established organisation in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to join their team based in Rochester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in project coordination to play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring foodservice-related projects across the business. You’ll be supporting Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with strategic goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Provide coordination, planning, and administrative support to Project Managers
• Upload client purchase orders onto the order book and Opera system
• Send variation quotations to clients and maintain the Variation Order Register
• Attend handover meetings between Sales and Project Managers
• Use Microsoft Project to schedule labour, materials, and documentation
• Maintain document control and ensure timely distribution of project information
• Prepare and submit RAMS with input from the HSQE Advisor
• Support with HSE and client documentation requirements
• Assist with general project administration and reporting

• Experience in project coordination and document control
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and spot potential issues early
