Project Coordinator - Edwards & Pearce - Doncaster : Job Details

The purpose of this role is predominantly to ensure the day-to-day running of the clients logistics network and deliver outstanding customer service at every stage from initial enquiry and quotation request to project completion. THE ROLE: This role involves the following;Provide accurate quotations in a timely manner-Raise orders across multiple platforms applying diligence and efficiency.Implement a proactive approach to problem-solving Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with our retail partners to provide excellent customer service, in a responsive and effective way.Liaise with our template and installation teams and drivers to schedule logistic arrangements as efficiently as possibleFastidious record keeping on the company's central production system, and the relevant systems of our retail partnersTHE CANDIDATE:Previous experience in logistics or estimating would be welcome but not essentialComputer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and AccessStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectivesMust have a methodical and organised approach to workImpeccable attention to detail, particularly to numbers, spelling and datesAbility to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlinesMust be able to build strong relationships at all levels, both across our business and with the personnel of our valued customer base THE COMPANY:Leeds-based fabrication company that has been established over 35 years, during which they have amassed a wealth of knowledge, experience and achieved various accreditations from brand leaders.
