Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our clients' projects from concept to delivery. You will act as a central point of contact, managing and updating project information accurately while keeping all stakeholders informed of changes. This role requires excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects across various timelines and stages effectively. Collaboration with project managers, production teams, freight forwarders, and procurement specialists is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept to Delivery Project Management

  • Act as a central point of contact for all project-related information.
  • Manage time effectively across multiple projects and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and support various project aspects from stock booking to event support.
  • Prepare international shipping paperwork in coordination with production and procurement teams.
  • Utilise stock management systems to maintain resource requirements for equipment, crew, and transport.

Project Resource Management and Coordination:

  • Develop accurate equipment lists from client designs and plots.
  • Identify and book freelance crew members for events or tours.
  • Address equipment shortages and liaise with third-party suppliers for sub-hires.
  • Facilitate conversations with the fabrication team to develop bespoke solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients, suppliers, and freelance crew.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Connect and collaborate with other companies/departments involved in production to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Personal Attributes, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Interest in the Live Events and Touring Industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Technically minded with diagnostic problem-solving abilities.
  • Relationship builder and team player.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt and overcome challenges.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft 365 skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the live events industry, lighting, and rigging equipment.
  • Previous experience with rental/stock management systems.
  • Project management skills.

Salary : 28000 - 32000
