ResponsibilitiesAs a Labour Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects by managing and coordinating labour schedules. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Coordination: Contacting customers to arrange site attendance.
• Labour Planning: Liaising with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to meet labour requirements.
• Schedule Management: Maintaining and updating the labour schedule and tracker.
• Information Distribution: Issuing critical information to site teams.
• Budget Oversight: Updating budget trackers and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Subcontractor Management: Obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and raising purchase orders using Sage.
• Site Support: Collating and saving site team information on the company server.
• Installer Administration: Tracking expenses, leave, and training records for directly employed installers.
• Logistics Coordination: Organising hire equipment, travel, and accommodation as required.

QualificationsTo excel in this Labour Scheduler role, you'll need:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential).
• Familiarity with Sage or similar accounts systems (preferred).
