Looking for a fast-paced administrative role where your organisation and efficiency really count? Keen to support academic services within a university environment during a critical assessment period?

MLC Partners is recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Programme Officer to join a London-based university. This hybrid position involves two days a week on campus, with the remainder worked remotely. It’s offered on a one-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

You’ll play an essential role in supporting student services and assessment processes during a particularly busy academic window. This position spans the student lifecycle and involves working closely with students, staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering key student lifecycle tasks, from enrolment through to graduation

  • Assisting with assessment processes, including handling exam scripts

  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries from staff and students

  • Updating and maintaining accurate student records across internal systems

  • Supporting quality assurance activities and programme monitoring

  • Preparing and organising documentation for academic committees

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in higher education or student-focused administrative roles

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing data

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues across teams
