• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-workstream portfolios

• Commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution

• Confident working in fast-paced, regulated, and global environments

• Knowledge of legal operations, client service delivery, or professional services operating models
