Rate: £29.52/hr Umbrella, increasing to £35.65/hr Umbrella after 12 weeks (inside IR35)

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for an experienced Program Management Analyst for an initial 7 month contract role that comes with a favourable rate of up to £35.65/hr (Inside IR35). The role will involve hybrid working, typically on-site twice per week.

As a Program Management Analyst, you will provide program management leadership across functions to implement timely development and launch of special vehicle options to commercial vehicles.

In your first few weeks in this Program Management Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Guide the team through the enquiry equivalent to GPDS and business processes
• Build operational excellence and program management capabilities across the Special Vehicle Team
• Support cross-functional development of project timing, deliverables, budget and product definition
• Monitor using data and tools to identify and support risk/issue management throughout the programme cycle
• Facilitate the cross functional business issue investigation, containment, root cause evaluation and prevent recurrence in the delivery of special vehicle options.

• Extensive experience of working in an Automotive / operations environment with experience of:
  • Experience in setting up and tracking realistic schedules.
  • Tracking of operating metrics and KPIs.
  • Use of agile methodologies to accelerate program delivery

• Experience in PDL, product development, manufacturing or program management
• Experienced in MS Project
• Ability to command meetings with leadership across the team whilst maintaining focus on results and next steps.
