An established and innovative Further Education college in the South West is seeking a Programme Lead to join their dynamic Construction Technical Team. If you have experience in Architectural Design, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, this is a fantastic opportunity to guide the next generation of professionals.
What You'll Do:Lead delivery of Level 3 and Level 4 programmes including:
BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment
HNC in Construction Management
T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning
Green Skills Construction
Take ownership of a specialist subject area within the department
Guide and support both learners and staff, shaping teaching quality and curriculum success
Collaborate with the Head of School and a committed team to maintain excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment
A qualification at Level 4 (HNC or above) in Construction/Built Environment
Professional experience in Architectural Design, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
Delivery experience at FE and/or HE level (including BTEC)
Passion, communication skills, and the drive to motivate learners
Desirable: Teaching qualifications (PGCE, DTTLS, CertEd), or willingness to achieve them
