Programme Development Director - Focus Resourcing : Job Details

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Reading as a Programme Development Director. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. Hybrid working available!

As the Programme Development Director, you will be responsible for:

• Drive the improvement, successful delivery, and growth of an exciting apprenticeship programme
• Motivate and manage the apprenticeship programme team
• Undertake market research investigations to determine the market need
• Providing consultancy support and advice to all workstreams, help improve sales strategies and activities
• Play an active role in the senior leadership team, rotationally chairing the monthly meetings
