We are currently representing a well-established Further Education College based in Berkshire. Looking to build on their department with a specialist individual to work as a Program Manager / Motor Vehicle Lecturer.

Main Function:

• Assisting the Head of Department in the management and leadership of the Motor Vehicle Department.
• Working for the department both as a Lecturer and as a member of leadership you will be an experienced teacher with leadership skills.
• Leading a high performing, efficient learning area, ensuring high student success and high levels of student satisfaction.
• You will deliver on an annual set of KPIs, and programme standards as agreed with the Vice Principal and Curriculum Director.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: (£38,000 - £45,689)
