Key Responsibilities:Program Coordination: Support the delivery of core business programs and product roadmaps through structured planning and collaboration across departments.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between multiple teams to maintain momentum and ensure shared understanding.
Governance Support: Assist in preparing for leadership updates and steering meetings—ensuring key actions, decisions, and risks are well tracked and followed through.
Risk & Dependency Management: Help identify and manage interdependencies and blockers, promoting timely and collaborative solutions.
Reporting & Visibility: Maintain up-to-date program overviews, using reporting tools and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage better delivery practices and help evolve internal processes and tools to support long-term success.
Experience supporting complex, multi-team initiatives—ideally spanning business, product, and technical functions.
Strong organisational and facilitation skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Confident communicator who can bring clarity to ambiguity and keep projects moving in dynamic environments.
Comfortable working with both Agile and traditional delivery models depending on business needs.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with clear, concise updates and recommendations.
