Program Delivery LeadHertfordPermanent, Full-Time (Core hours: 08:00–17:00)£42,000 per annumWe’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Program Delivery Lead to join our Electrical Maintenance clients. The role is based near Hertford and comes with a salary of £42,000.Responsibilities for Program Delivery Lead

• Leading the Administration team to ensure the successful delivery of reactive maintenance and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) programs
• Attend weekly client meetings alongside the Maintenance Manager
• Serve as the primary contact for client queries and internal communications
• Manage and develop the Administration team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Coordinate internal responses to client issues, ensuring resolution
• Lead the complaints process from start to finish
• Monitor adherence to policies around resident access and appointment booking
• Contribute insights to monthly board reports
• Maintain accurate compliance data and Power BI dashboards
• Follow company policies and complete relevant training
• Participate in investigations and disciplinary processes as needed
