OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading global investment bank to support its Corporate Engagement team in delivering high-impact philanthropic and community-focused programs. This team oversees the firm's global philanthropic initiatives, including strategic giving, employee volunteerism, and flagship initiatives such as 10,000 Small Businesses, 10,000 Women, and community volunteering programs.
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in engaging employees, supporting major initiatives, and helping ensure smooth, impactful delivery of corporate social responsibility efforts across global offices.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for employees across international offices, responding to queries and providing operational support for community engagement programs
Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute high-profile volunteering and philanthropic events
Curate internal and external content, including photos, testimonials, and program highlights
Draft communications such as weekly memos, newsletters, and presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks)
Support data analysis, reporting, and impact measurement for programs and annual reports
Contribute to campaign planning for volunteering and employee giving initiatives
Provide administrative and coordination support to 10,000 Small Businesses and 10,000 Women programs, including liaising with partner institutions and grantees
Assist with alumni engagement initiatives and thought leadership content for both flagship programs
Help deliver other corporate giving initiatives such as employee volunteering, matching gifts, and charitable contributions
This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, event planning, or operations, and a strong interest in corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, and community development.
Key Skills & Competencies1-3 years of relevant experience in project/program/event coordination
Demonstrated passion for community engagement or CSR initiatives
Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident working independently and within a team environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Able to manage competing deadlines and multitask effectively
Competent in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
