Your Role:
Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
Oversee project delivery and resource planning.
Drive service quality and operational efficiency.
Anticipate requirements and proactively manage available capacity.
Collaborate with sales and service teams.
Ensure ISO compliance and high security standards.
Contribute to strategic direction as part of the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years in leadership, 3+ in project/professional services.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Strong time and task management, with adaptability.
Proven line management of large teams - Having conducted performance reviews, workflow management etc.
Technical knowledge of the MS stack - Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VM-Ware.
A passion for customer service and team development.
