Production Technician - Jackie Wilsher Staff Service : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Production Technician to work for a client based in Leighton Buzzard, for this role, you MUST have previous manufacturing, assembly and production experience. Our client are recruiting due to company growth.

Working Hours:

• 08:00am- 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
• 07:00am - 14:00pm, Friday.
• Total Hours = 39 per week.

Please note, there is NO flexibility on the working hours.

Duties:

• To handle the operation of manual linishers, manual lathes, centreless grinders and cutting wheels.
• Working to customer drawings.
• Finishing products/goods to a high level of accuracy.
• Supporting with the assembly and production of products, ready for dispatch.
• Working to targets, deadlines and KPIs.
• Adhering to health and safety processes and procedures.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of two years worth of production, manufacturing, and assembly experience.
• Experienced in using manual linishers, manual lathes, centreless grinders and cutting wheels.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
