We are looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to work within a busy factory manufacturing concrete products for the building sector.

This is a role where you will lead a small team of production operatives, taking responsibility for product quality, site safety, KPIs, and budget control (e.g. avoiding unnecessary overtime costs). Other duties will include daily briefings, computer-based tasks, and handling staff matters.

It's a very hands-on position where you will also be directly involved in production, operating the machinery yourself.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Production Operative or Production Team Leader who is ready to take the next step within a large corporate company that truly values its workforce.

• Have previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within a production environment
