Job Location : Grangemouth, UK
We're currently hiring a Production Support Officer to join our team at the Grangemouth site. This role is key to supporting the production supply chain - receipting raw materials, coordinating deliveries and collections, dispatching product, and keeping commercial systems accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock control, deliveries, collections, and dispatches
Maintain accurate system records to ensure visibility of purchases, plans, and financials
Raise purchase orders for chemicals, packaging, and labels
Support site waste management and administrative activities
Provide cover across production support services as needed
About You:
At least 2 years' administrative experience, ideally within manufacturing
Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with excellent teamwork and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (SAP experience an advantage)
HNC/A Level (or equivalent)
Contract role for 12 months
Monday - Friday
Onsite.
